Behind-the-scenes glimpse of the restoration of the Shell Grotto in Margate.

7pm - 8.30pm

Led by the award-winning conservator Rob, join the Shell Grotto for a special, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the delicate processes involved in restoring the Shell Grotto's Grade-I listed walls.

With live demonstrations, learn the techniques from the master himself and then use them to create your very own piece of slate-backed shell mosaic. With all proceeds going right back into sponsoring more restoration. That really is a win, win!
