Masterchef Professionals finalist Mark was previously head chef at Willy's in Cliftonville, and is set to open new restaurant Flint Chophouse in Margate soon.

Pitmaster platters paired with special wine selections from bakery wizard @stevogadd's personal cellar (available by the glass, bottle, and magnums.)
