Spring Awakening is a women’s circle designed to help you shake off the winter’s heaviness, reconnect with your pleasure, and ignite your creativity. Through gentle movement, intuitive dance, guided exercises, art making and other magic, you’ll explore curiosity, play, and the joy of being fully embodied.

This circle is a safe, nurturing space for women to:
