Bettina Ji and Gong Sound Relaxation are at the beautiful Gather& at Ramsgate's harbour

6pm - 7pm

A gong bath is a unique meditation in sound. Surrender into deep relaxation and let the gongs restore your body and mind. Places are limited!

Please arrive 15 minutes early, event starts prompt. Mats are available but you are welcome to bring your own, blankets and pillow, water bottle. Dress comfortably and with warm layers to be able to deeply relax. With the sound and the relaxation your body cools down quickly.

This event is for maximum 18 people.

The lovely venue Gather& is located in the harbour, you will need to find parking nearby and then head upstairs. There is no direct parking but at the end of the road or on top of the cliffs.
