Jonny Woo - London based, visionary alt-drag and cabaret artist - brings his hit show ’Suburbia’ to The Alley Bar in Ramsgate

7pm - 11.50pm

A unique blend of spoken word, story-telling and performance art, Suburbia is a poetic memoir about Jonny Woo's life from his childhood in the Medway Towns, Kent, to discovering the drug 'ecstasy' in the 1990's, the clubs of New York and to building a queer community in London.

Now in his fifties, Woo is reflective and honest about the secrets he harboured and the lessons he learnt.

His wit is sharp and his desire to shock and surprise is evident throughout.

The show contains full nudity, sex and drug references from the start, loud noises and chiffon.

There are 30 seats available with 10 standing. Seats are unallocated and nabbed on a first come first served basis.

Running time approx 70 mins, no interval.
