...sound is what you are made of. When you meditate on sound, your experience gets richer, more alive, more beautiful, more musical. You begin to awaken to your best self. This is what happens at a gong bath.
This is an open air event in the beautiful Vale Square in Ramsgate. You will be lying down on the grass for one hour. It could get chilly. Please bring mats, blankets, eye covers, pillows, sleeping bags...just to be able to completely let go in to a deep relaxation and let the gongs relax and renew you. The park will be closed during the immersion.
