Go deeper into the sun salutation just as summer arrives at Margate Yoga Studio

2pm - 4pm

Carolina guides you through adjustments, 12 rounds of the full sequence and an extended restorative practice.

The session ends with the Light Ceremony, Arati, complete with chanting, incense and candlelight.

Then a light snack to share and time to reflect... It’s a proper celebration of the sun.
