As the summer light begins to fade, step into an extraordinary musical experience.

SUNRISE is an immersive evening of lush, cinematic music for voices and strings, presented by Thanet Chamber Choir.

At the heart of the programme is Sunrise Mass by Ola Gjeilo, a sweeping and atmospheric work inspired by the wonder of space and the journey from darkness into light. Paired with Requiem by Matthew Coleridge, this deeply moving and life-affirming work offers moments of profound beauty, reflection and hope.

Performed in the stunning surroundings of The Ark, the choir and musicians will surround the audience, creating a powerful and immersive sound world that places you at the centre of the music.

Rich harmonies, soaring melodies and a unique concert presentation combine to create an evening that is both intimate and awe-inspiring.

Concert experience that will envelop you in sound and leave you uplifted long after the final note.

Thanet Chamber Choir, directed by Peter Futcher with the Echo Ensemble from Chatham and Clarendon Grammar School, directed by Sean Darrock.
