Chef Jack Hancock of Hearth returns to Louie on Sea at Turner Contemporary, Margate for two nights of feasting

Jack is back in Thanet for two nights only, cooking in the Turner Contemporary for the Louie On Sea Terraza Summer Series.
Music by Shirley Ottou & Tim Garatt of Margate Radio (Friday) and Soft Rocks (Saturday).
After graduating University, Jack began his career learning the techniques of Japanese, South East Asian and French cooking before starting his training under the eye of acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Adam Byatt in London, gaining invaluable experience in high-end, seasonal British cooking.
After three years with Byatt, he took the leap and founded Hearth, a pop-up restaurant in Ramsgate, Kent which has now transformed into travelling nationwide to deliver intimate and exceptional dining experiences showcasing both simplicity, innovation and all the skills learned along his journey.
