The Great Drama is an immersive live performance combining voice, sound, movement, and sculptural elements. The work explores the body as a site of control, transformation, and resistance, asking what it costs to claim your own voice within patriarchal systems.
Built through repetition, trance-like sound, and physical presence, the performance unfolds as a charged emotional landscape rather than a linear narrative. The audience is held close, with voice operating as both instrument and battleground.
These performances take place during Off Season, Margate’s winter arts programme, making it an ideal moment to visit the town, with exhibitions, performances, and events happening across multiple venues.
