Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of influences, Underdark has forged a unique sonic identity that blends elements of black metal, post-rock, and post-hardcore. Their music is characterised by ethereal melodies, atmospheric textures, and intense, emotive vocals. Underdark's music is a sonic journey that transports listeners through a range of emotions, from hauntingly beautiful passages to moments of intense catharsis. Their ability to seamlessly combine the ferocity of black metal with the expansiveness of post-rock sets them apart in the modern music landscape.

Support comes from Vampyric Black Metal band Karnstein described as 'a horror movie that is full of pneumatic rhythms, spooky ass keyboards, guitar sounds that threaten to strangle you with their bare hands, and vocals that sound like Satan himself' by Black Metal Archives and Trve Trans Black Metal band Davghter who are 'A band that knows the meaning of weight, brutality and aggression' according to Metal Junkbox.
