Want to become the eyes and ears of the North East Kent coastline?
This free training session will equip you to adopt a section of coast and help safeguard it as a volunteer warden.
Do you regularly walk your local shore, and are you thinking about what else you could do to help to look after your local section of coastline?
If so, you might want to consider becoming a Volunteer Coastal Warden.
New volunteers will be taken through information all about the local marine protected area, the importance of the marine and bird life of the coast, and the role as a coastal volunteer to help with look after the coast and helping with future management of the coastline.
You can help through various ways - including activity surveys and reporting incidents by yourself and through numerous additional volunteer opportunities - such as assisting educational events and activities.
