Thanet District Council is running free 6 week courses to help people currently smoking or vaping learn other ways to reduce stress.
Every Sunday in September (14th, 21st, 28th)

Thanet District Council are working in partnership with NHS ONE YOU and Active Kent and Medway to offer free 6 week wellbeing courses to people who are currently smoking or vaping to learn new ways to reduce stress and help them to feel more ready to quit.
This course is suitable for beginners and will be taught by Sorcha Page. You will meet at the Blue Health Improvements container opposite the football pavillion.
Adults and Teenagers who are smoking or vaping are welcome to join this free course.
This class will be a fun way to start walking and jogging to reduce stress and to meet other people to meet up with to help you give up smoking or vaping.
Wheelchair, mobility scooter users, children in buggies or pushchairs very welcome to join in this session.
Non - Smokers are welcome to join this session if supporting someone who is smoking or vaping to attend this session but they will need to book a space on the course.
