Come together and enjoy taster treatments from local therapists including reiki, reflexology and massage at the Carlton Cinema Function Room in Westgate

12pm - 5pm

Have a browse of a range of products from local businesses - from handcrafted jewellery, to crystals, candles and much more!

You'll have the opportunity to sign up for some spiritual readings too!

To close the afternoon why not join Angela as she brings the event to a close at 4.30pm with a gentle sound bath, playing her Tibetan Singing bowls. Immerse yourself whilst lying or sitting, and bathe in the sounds which aim to relax and massage your cells, leaving you feeling revitalised.

There will be refreshments for all to enjoy, as well as the opportunity to enter into the tombola!

With chances to win treatments or packages from the wonderful stall holders.

All money raised from the tombola will go towards East Kent Mind, to give back to anyone struggling and in need of support.

There will be plenty of opportunity to connect to like minded people and find out more information about local wellness services right on your doorstep.
