Learn how to tell a riesling from a Chenin and a Auslese from a Trockenbeerenauslese, with this four day course in winemaking, and wine appreciation.
Together we’ll use our senses to explore the main types and styles of wine, and if the weather permits, we’ll step outside to learn in the inspiring setting of the outdoors in Margate.
This course is perfect for anyone who wants is working with wine already, has completed their Level One WSET certificate, or has some good experience in drinking wine from across the globe.
It is a great baseline from which to launch a career in wine or deeper investigation into wine appreciation with friends and loved ones.
