Whatever the weather, so long as members of the public turn up, they will carry on with the walks!
They don't charge, and only ask for a suggested donation of £3pp towards the running costs.

Town Centre Walk
Meet at the Halifax Bank, Queen Street
Be greeted and guided through the town centre to see and appreciate the wide variety of buildings and architectural styles, ranging from the Regency to the Twentieth Century. The tour ends in the magnificent Parish Church of St. George.
West Cliff Walk
Meet at the West Cliff Lift, near Government Acre
This walk is of particular architectural interest, including The Grange & St. Augustine's Church, designed by Augustus Pugin. His most famous work is the design of the interiors of the Palace of Westminster in London. You may be able to meet him personally.
East Cliff Walk
Meet in Albion Gardens
This walk will take visitors past many splendid Regency & Victorian buildings, including Wellington Crescent, built immediately after the Napoleonic Wars, during which Ramsgate had been a Garrison town.
Royal Harbour Walk
Meet at Pier Yard
Ramsgate is proud to boast the only Royal Harbour in the British Isles, the honour having been bestowed by King George IV in 1821. See Smeaton's famous dry dock, learn about Ramsgate's vast fishing industry throughout the 19th century. Hear about the part the town played in the miraculous evacuation of Allied troops from northern France in 1940 & the courage of the Dunkirk Little Ships, whose 85th anniversary was celebrated across the town in 2025, and commemorated again this year.
