Visit the tranquil garden of the historic Italianate Glasshouse for a deeply restorative multi-instrumental sound bath
11am - 12 noon
Surrounded by nature and the quiet presence of this 19th-century architectural gem, this outdoor session invites you to slow down, rest, and come back to yourself.
Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary wellness practitioner, the sound bath weaves together crystal quartz bowls, a gong, shruti, frame drums, chimes, and a range of percussion and meditative instruments to settle the nervous system and quiet the mind.
Eleanor draws on a broad background in Ayurveda, breathwork, sound, energy, and colour therapy. She has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Ayurveda Institute UK, and under master teachers across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In sound, she has trained with Sound Healing Bali under internationally renowned healer and musician Shervin Baloorian, and with the world-leading Tama-Do Academy, founded by Fabien Maman, a pioneer in vibrational therapy.
No experience needed - this session is open to all / Cushioned mats and eye pillows are provided.
