Step into the peaceful embrace of Monkton Nature Reserve’s beautiful geodesic dome for an afternoon of gentle movement, mindful creativity, and soulful connection

After a soft welcome and intention-setting meditation move into 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga... accessible to all, whether you’ve practised before or are stepping onto the mat for the first time.

Guided breath and mindful stretches will help you release tension and prepare you for the creative flow ahead.

From this calm, centred place, explore 45 minutes of ceramic coaster painting — inspired by the colours, textures, and feelings of the season and your own inner world.

This is not about being “good at art” — it’s about expression, play, and joy.

All materials are provided, including a ceramic coaster and painting supplies where you’ll take home your own unique tabletop piece.

Then close with a few minutes of reflection and a gentle closing ceremony to seal in the experience.

Please take your own yoga mat (there will be a few spares available upon request) and dress appropriately for colder weather and potentially muddy footpaths around the reserve.
