Join author Kristina Rahim at Happy Reading Children's Bookshop for an inspiring creative writing workshop celebrating her new novel!
11am - 12 noon
Perfect for readers and aspiring writers aged 9–12, this interactive workshop will explore how authors create memorable characters, believable dialogue and stories that come from the heart. This warm, heart-filled novel explores family in all its forms, alongside themes of identity, belonging and growing up.
Whether your child already loves writing or is simply full of ideas, this welcoming session will encourage creativity, confidence and imagination.
Warm, funny and deeply heartfelt, Max and Ella, Stuck Together is a moving story about identity, family, belonging and finding the confidence to be yourself.
During the session, the responsible adult(s) are very welcome to enjoy their favourite coffee and pastry downstairs at STAPLE or come and hang out upstairs in the bookshop!!
Children will sit for the reading, then move to a play/craft table for activities. All materials are provided and age-appropriate.
