A guided sound bath and massage experience for ultimate relaxation at Gather& looking out over the beautiful Ramsgate harbour

7pm - 8.30pm

A beautiful opportunity to come together in community and leave feeling grounded, restored and connected.

Very gentle movement and breathwork with a vocal exercise to awaken the body and invite presence. From here, you’ll be guided into a multi-instrumental sound bath interwoven with hands-on massage, light touch, and energy work - a deeply restorative experience that allows you to release tension, soften, and drift into spacious rest.

Throughout the session, sound will hold and guide you, carrying you deeper into yourself while we gently hold space - tending to your journey and softly bringing you back when it is time to close.

This session is the perfect way to begin your weekend, leaving you deeply rested, balanced, and restored for the days ahead - and ready for a nourishing night’s sleep.

No experience is needed. This session is open to all.

Cushioned mats and eye pillows are provided.

There is no direct parking but at the end of the road or on top of the cliffs.
