Join Jessica & Sunni from Whitstable Yoga and Wellbeing Centre for this gentle and nourishing experience at Monkton Nature Reserve in the beautiful Geodesic Dome
11am - 12.15pm & 1pm - 2.15pm
This journey will begin with a calming Reiki meditation to help everyone settle, ground, and open to receive. You’ll then drop into your Sound Bath Relaxation where Sunni will take you on a Journey through the multiple layers of sound using Crystal Bowls and percussion instruments, Sound healing offers you a beautiful and non invasive way to heal on a deep cellular level.
During the sound bath Jessica will offer gentle, intuitive Reiki to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release. Through light touch or hands-off energy work, each participant is invited to receive universal healing energy, encouraging harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. This journey is for any one who feels like they need some time to rest, recalibrate and unwind.
*Spaces are limited due to the nature of the session, allowing everyone adequate time for Jessica to give Reiki healing.
Mat, Eye Pillow & Bolster provided. Please bring a blanket or two (you might want extra padding on top of the yoga mat) and dress appropriately for the weather, layer up if it’s cooler out and bring cosy socks, its important you stay warm as it can be chilly when you are resting (there are heaters too but you can never be too cosy, bring anything you need to be warm !)
