Led by illustrator and printmaker Molly Pickles
Learn the fundamentals of screen-printing – a vibrant and accessible printmaking technique – inspired by the Powell-Cotton Museum’s natural history collections.
Using your own designs or designs inspired by beetles, insects and wildlife imagery, you’ll create striking printed artworks.
This workshop focuses on the practical skills of screen-printing and image transfer.
Open to all ages and experience levels, it’s a hands-on introduction to this exciting creative technique.
You can book this session alone, or combine it with the Small Worlds: Insects, Illustration & Pointillism Workshop (Friday 21 August, 11.30am to 12.30pm) for a full day of creative making.
No experience needed.
