Kundalini Yoga is the ancient mother of all yoga and is also known as 'the Yoga of Awareness'. Kundalini Yoga works deeply on the nervous and glandular systems, and yet compared to other types of yoga the postures are simple and easy to perform.
It can be practiced by people of any age and physical condition. The beneficial effects are quickly felt.
