Fusing their Sri Lankan and Japanese cooking into one full-flavoured menu!

After spending time cooking in Japan, Josh's approach became rooted in seasonality, fermentation and a deep respect for ingredients.

Komorebi blends those Japanese influences with local produce and the stories of wherever it lands, creating menus that are thoughtful, playful and always evolving.

Sometimes the F word is frowned upon, but this menu is a FUSION of flavours, textures & tang that will blow your socks off!
