Spend a gentle summer morning with Sharlene, surrounded by nature in the peaceful setting of Monkton Nature Reserve

Through a gentle Hatha morning yoga class, guided Reiki meditation, a mindful nature walk, journaling, deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, and a mini sound healing, you’ll be invited to slow down, nourish your soul, and reconnect with your inner serenity.
Experience the calm, renewal, and connection this session has to offer.
Please bring your own yoga mat, eye pillow or eye mask, and a journal or notebook for reflection and journaling. Yoga blankets and blocks will be provided.
Although it is summer, it can still feel quite cool when relaxing during meditation, Yoga Nidra, and the sound bath. For your comfort, you may wish to bring warm socks and an extra layer such as a cosy jumper or cardigan.
As part of the retreat includes a mindful walk around the nature reserve, please wear suitable footwear. The paths can be uneven and may be muddy in places if there has been recent rain.
You may wish to bring a light lunch and sit in the picnic area or enjoy a light snack in the cabin cafe.
